David
David began his accountancy career with House of Fraser in a number of commercial financial roles leading to a stint as Financial Controller. Subsequent roles with a multiple Jewellery Retailer and as Head of Corporate Planning for the National Trust for Scotland led him to setting up DMH Accountancy In 2004. David deals with a varied portfolio of clients from start-up's to established businesses and is always available to offer advice on the various challenges of business . If he can help someone avoid a pitfall, experienced by others or help a client utilise an already proven strategy for growth and profitability he will. David is CIMA qualified.
Zuzana
Zuzana started her career as a university lecturer in Management Science and Information after qualifying with a BSc, Msc in mathematics and Information Science followed by Professional certificates in Financial Accounting and Management Accounting in Slovakia. With 5 languages and a bug to travel Zuzana moved to Glasgow in 2016 when she joined the DMH team and has since also qualified in AAT. Zuzana has experience in a wide variety of accounting software systems and supports a large number of clients in different industries with there bookkeeping, VAT, CIS, sole trader and limited company statutory accounts and tax needs.
Kelly
On leaving school Kelly worked in a para-legal role for a couple year before moving into insurer accounts analytical roles. Following this Kelly went back into education part time to gain her HNC & HND in Accounting while working part time as accounts assistant in a busy hire drive company. Kelly joined the DMH team at the beginning of 2022 and is currently working towards her ACCA qualification. Kelly’s experienced in supporting clients in bookkeeping, sage training, VAT return preparation and accounts preparation.
Julie
Julie began her career after qualifying in MA (Hons) Business Studies in a charitable community company with responsibility for youth entrepreneurship & business development & finance lead, followed by trainee accountant within the local business development network. This led to a senior accountant & finance manager role within the Scottish Enterprise network & change teams on qualifying in CIMA. A family move to Norfolk saw a different emphasis in audit within the Audit commission. On return to Glasgow Julie joined DMH took to the books again and qualified in ATT. She has been with DMH since 2014 and oversees a wide variety of sole trader, partnerships and limited company clients, managing the preparation of their management and statutory accounting and tax reporting requirements.
Marion
Marion started her career with Shell and AON where she has 18 years of experience in finance related roles including inventory stock control and reconciliations, finance support with internal and external auditors, preparation of monthly control accounts. Marion joined the DMH team in 2017 where she runs payroll, pension and P11D for a large number of clients and supports them with payroll management and their statutory reporting requirements. Marion also assists with monthly management reporting for a number of clients.
Claire
Claire has over 20 years experience in private practice as an accounts assistant for a variety of different clients managing a large portfolio and liaising with clients in order to meet deadlines. Claire has experience in bookkeeping, preparing VAT returns, preparing management accounts, statutory accounts and corporation tax computations. Claire joined the DMH team in 2023 and is AAT qualified & part qualified ACCA
